Hand harvested from vineyards in Serralunga d'Alba at an altitude of 300- 400 meters with a south-easterly and western exposure. Fermentation takes place in vitrified cement cisterns for 15-20 days at 25-30°C. Pumping over and airing twice a day with temperture check and frequent racking. The wine is refined in stainless steel tanks for 6-8 months.
