The Farr Rising winemaking team treats the making of their saignée rosé very seriously, giving it the full barrel ferment treatment to add layers of complexity and a smidge of savouriness. Bright pink, tinged with magenta; this isn't a rose so much as a high quality Pinot Noir table wine, compexed by barrel fermentation; immaculate length and balance. A seriously good rosé with few peers.
