WINERY INFORMATION Located on Riddoch Highway in Coonawarra South Australia Rymill is a family owned wine company started by Judy and Peter Rymill The day to day functionings of the winery is carried out under the supervision of their son and Managing Director of the company John Rymill The winmaking team is headed by Senior Winemaker Sandrine Gimon nbsp TASTING NOTES This dazzling The Yearling Cabernet Sauvignon features a dark red colour with bright purple hues The perfumed bouquet exhibits fruity aromas of dark cherries blackcurrants fennel seed and vanilla These fragrances give way to a lush and lively palate filled with delicious flavours of dark berries and dried plums which integrate with smooth tannins to provide a rounded mouthfeel and a captivating finale Made for consumption upon release this delightful red wine can also be enjoyed after a cellaring term of 5 years It can be served either on its own or paired with a simple tomato based pasta or a steak on the barbeque
