Matured in 9 different Oak Casks Deep mahogany core with vibrant amber tones. Full nose of sweet honeyed fruit wit hints of chocolate and tobacco. On the palate dry at first then opens up to display great depth and complexity.Balanced and an incredibly long finish 1931 is the pinnacle of fine rum making.
