A blend of shiraz and cabernet sauvignon, this lovely Barossa wine has spent two years in barrels before being blended and bottled. Plum, cassis and mint come together on the nose and palate of this medium to full-bodied wine. It's creamy across the mid-palate, ripe and supple, ending with softly duty notes on the lingering finish. An excellent example of the quintessential Australian blend we recommend it with roasted or grilled meats such as beef or venison, as well as hard cheeses such as cheddar and parmesan.
