WINERY INFORMATION Situated on Main Street Hahndorf in South Australia RockBare is a state of the art winery known for using ripe and juicy grapes sourced from vineyards throughout South Australia to craft their elegant fruit-driven and delicious wines Winemakers at RockBare believe that since tey are free from the constraints of managing their own vineyard they can import fruit from various premium grape growing regions and produce the best of wines TASTING NOTES Showing a light straw colour this Clare Valley Riesling gives off lifted fragrances of balm lemon blossom and white florals from the nose The intense and attractive palate is full of freshly squeezed lemon juice orange blossom honey lsquo Bickfords rsquo lime cordial and tangerine peel flavours that fuse together with undertones of spicy stem ginger kerosene and river stone Crisp and minerally acidity drying phenolics and textural elements balance the rich fruit flavours to provide a lingering and zesty grapefruit climax Sushi yum cha whole baked snapper and pan-fried fish are great food matches with this refreshing white wine
