WINERY INFORMATION Rochford is a reputed family-owned winery specialising in the production of an exceptional range of balanced and elegant wines These outstanding wines are handcrafted using premium grape varieties sourced from the estate rsquo s in-house vineyards located in the flourishing Yara Valley region The estate is situated on Maroondah Highway in Coldstream Victoria TASTING NOTES The premium fruit parcels used to craft L Enfant Unique Pinot Noir were handpicked and then destemmed into open fermenters Post primary and malolactic fermentation the fruit was left on skins and pressed into French oak barrels This resulted in the creation of a bright magenta hued wine The luxurious bouquet offers lush aromas of spice as well as blue and red fruits The medium bodied palate packs vibrant fruit flavours balanced by ripe tannins This delightful Pinot Noir ends in a lengthy and structured finish Crafted for immediate consumption this tempting red wine can also be cellared for 8 to 12 years from vintage Suggested food pairings include tea-smoked duck beef Bourguignon and salmon with mushroom sauce nbsp
