WINERY INFORMATION Robert Oatley Vineyards is a wine estate owned by the Oatley winemaking family As Director of Winemaking Larry Cherubino aims to craft an outstanding range of wines that showcase great character and varietal clarity Hancock amp Hancock is a range of premium wines crafted by inemaker Chris Hancock using fruits sourced from family-owned vineyards in the McLaren Vale wine region nbsp TASTING NOTES The grapes used to craft Hancock amp Hancock Grenache Rose were clean fermented using Rhone yeasts to retain intense characters This dazzling salmon hued Grenache Rose gives off scents of Grenache fruits boiled lollies and candied sweets from its attractive bouquet These fragrances give way to an intense and textured palate filled with juicy flavours of pomegranate and sour cherry A hint of sugar is added to balance the acid tartness and end the wine in a captivating and definitive finish Made for consumption upon release this wonderful Rose can also be cellared for 2 years Drink it with roasted meats and vegetables or Moroccan tagines to cherish its grand fruit flavours nbsp nbsp
