WINERY INFORMATION Robert Oatley Vineyards was established by the late Bob Oatley and his eldest son Sandy Four decades of passion skill and determination have gone into building the Oatley wine company into what it is today Chain of Fire is one of their premium wine ranges This unique name isthe experts rsquo term for a series of extinct volcanoes TASTING NOTES Chain of Fire Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is a marvellously styled white blend crafted using fruits sourced from premium vineyards across Western Australia Picked in the cool of the night and cold fermented with selected yeast this elegant wine presents pale yellow-brown hues with dominant Sauvignon Blanc characters flowing from the nose The palate meshes the vibrant fruit characters from the Sauvignon grapes with a dash of Semillon fruit elements resulting in the creation of a fresh fruit driven and full flavoured white wine Culminating in a persistent finale this delicious SSB from Robert Oatley Vineyards is a great match to pan-fried scallops mild Thai green curries and scallops with a pea puree
