Probably the most photographed vineyard in New Zealand Rippon Estate is idylically positioned on the shores of Lake Wanaka in the South Island Producing some of my all-time favourite wines owners Nick and Jo Mills lovingly create their world class wine The Sauvignon Blanc is aromatic and concentated with layers of flavour on the palate - tropical fruits and citrus 40 of the grapes were aged in old French oak barrels adding further layers of complexity to the final wine
