WINERY INFORMATION Located in Kent Town SA Reillys Wines produces a distinctly local range of fruit-driven handcrafted wines The winemaking team led by owner and winemaker Justin Ardill firmly believe on the philosophy of producing premium wines with limited winemaking intervention so that inense fruit flavours can be retained The wine label was named after the original owner of Reilly rsquo s Cottage - Hugh Reilly who built the cottage in 1856 This cottage presently acts as the company rsquo s cellar door and restaurant nbsp TASTING NOTES The grapes used to craft Ryder Cabernet Sauvignon were handpicked and then open fermented Post-maturation in French oak hogsheads for 18 months the resulting wine features a deep garnet colour The generous bouquet exhibits blackcurrant and dark cherry aromas A sip of the wine presents vanilla and juicy fruit flavours These characters combine with soft tannins ending the wine in a smooth and satisfying finale accompanied by minty dark chocolate notes This enticing Cab Sauv has been crafted for immediate consumption It tastes excellent with bread roasted vegetables and cured meat nbsp nbsp nbsp
