Open white florals of acacia and honeysuckle with a reslly nice mandarin pith citrus. The palate is vertical and precise with a freshness and great length. Lark Hill was established in 1978 by Sue & Dave Carpenter, high on the escarpment above Bungendore, 30km North East of Canberra. Sourcing frut from nearby vineyards, we sought to capture the vibrancy of Riesling from the Canberra Region. The juice was fermented cool to retain its pure aromatics and delicacy. Lemons, limes and lavender lead into a refreshing palate. Perfect with seafood and with enough intensity to handle spicy flavours. Biodynamic Wines from the Canberra District.
