WINERY INFORMATION Coonawarra-based Redman Wines owns 34 hectares of vineyards which are home to 20 to 100-year-old grapevines Judicious watering of vines results in a fruit of premium quality synonymous with the region The company has been mechanically harvesting grapes since 1980 A crusher munted to the front of the tractor is used for crushing These viticulture and winemaking practices can be traced back to lessons learnt by William Redman who had crafted his first batch of wine in 1909 TASTING NOTES This dazzling Cabernet Sauvignon Magnum flaunts a medium red colour with a beautiful purple rim Scintillating aromas of red berries and oak make way for a delicate palate full of berry fruit flavours Clean acidity and subtle tannins drive the medium-bodied palate to a soft and long finale This stunning Cabernet from Redman Wines can be served with simple meatballs beef tenderloin and Blue cheese nbsp nbsp
