It's distilled in small batches with Aussie passion in the traditional London Dry Style, Red Hen Gin uses a copper column still to delicately infuse the alcohol as it passes through the hand-picked botanicals. The botanicals selected arelocal to Adelaide including Native Muntrie berries, local citrus and peppercorn amongst other ingredients gives Red Hen Gin a vibrant, crisp flavour.
