Ransom Dry Gin is a historical recreation of gin which was made in America in the 17th century. It is a striking Gin of complexity and flavour including three base spirit grains of barley corn and rye of which the barley is grown on the estate. It has all of the core gin botanicals with the additio of hops and Oregon marionberries.
