Treated exactly like a Vintage Port with only noble grape varieties from the Quinta trodden by foot and unfiltered. The difference is that it is aged for four years in wooden vats instead of the two years typical of Vintage Ports. Fine structured tannins great freshness and purity of fruit. It's ushly textured with vibrant notes of cherries and blackcurrant and comes with a delicious figgy richness. Darkly potent beautifully balanced with great acidity and a lingering chocolaty finish.
