Pinot Grigio (or Gris) is summer in a bottle. It's the perfect 'hammock swinging' wine, and it is soooo popular that many Aussie wineries make a Pinot Grigio these days, but here is one from the home of Pinot Grigio - Italy. There is no oak in this baby, and the nose flaunts aromas of nashi pears, rd apples and honeysuckle florals, whilst the palate is crisp, dry and steely with citrus acidity and a long, dry finish. Just needs a nice piece of grilled fish to set it off. White - Pinot Gris and Blends - Pinot Grigio
