Hand crafted and bottled right here in the heart of the Sunshine Coast’s hinterland, our distilled Signature Pink Gin is a perfect balance of fruit and spice with organic Juniper infused with the aromatic notes of Grapefruit and white pepper. Small batch production enables us to get to kno each and every bottle. We pick, select, distil, blend and taste before hand-bottling, labelling. We then allow our product the time to age which allows the unique flavours of our botanicals to infuse and blend with pure Pomona water to create a premium quality product that reflects creativity, character, and community spirit.
