The Art lsquo n rsquo Soul Sauvignon Blanc is crafted from Adelaide Hills and nbsp Barossa fruit and made in the traditional wine style ndash crisp clean and nbsp refreshing No oak ndash just 100 stainless steel fermentation has worked to nbsp preserve acidity and defines the intensely aromtic and dry style imbued nbsp with the touch of the Peter Lehmann winemaking team Winemaker rsquo s note The 2016 Sauvignon Blanc is a delicate dry white wine with nbsp a vibrant youthful color The 2016 vintage has produced a nbsp classy restrained wine with an aroma of passionfruit and nbsp lychee with a hint of cut grass The palate finishes crisply nbsp dry and it is recommended for maximum enjoyment it is nbsp served chilled and drunk in its youth Vintage The 2016 vintage started in very hot weather but was nbsp interrupted by two days of heavy rain in mid-February after nbsp which the weather settled down and we experienced wonderful Indian summer conditions for the remainder of nbsp the vintage This allowed the grapes to ripen slowly and nbsp evenly producing wines of exceptional quality Vineyards A blend of premium Barossa Valley vineyards Winemaking The fruit was picked in the cool of the night crushed chilled nbsp and left on skins overnight to enhance flavour Following nbsp cold fermentation inst Enjoy Drink young as a refreshing aperitif or with delicate seafood nbsp and chicken dishes Wine Maker nbsp Andrew Wigan Chief Winemaker
