Home to some of our best Cabernet Sauvignon off our Wrattonbully vineyard. Our vines grow in the famed red 'Terra Rossa' topsoil over free draining Gambier limestone which is perfectly suited to growing great Cabernet. Our Cabernet is a wine of great structure and balance with flavours of blackberryand cassis integrated perfectly with spicy French oak and ripe tannins. This is gorgeously composed and expressed, showing cassis, spiced cherry, thyme and roasted hazelnut characters on the nose. The palate is concentrated and succulent with excellent weight and intensity, backed by supple mouthfeel and fine-grained tannins, finishing beautifully structured and lingering. 94 Points Sam Kim.
