WINERY INFORMATION Paulett Wines is a family owned and operated winery founded by Neil and Alison Paulett Neil and Alison rsquo s quest for an ideal location to establish a family vineyard ended in 1981 when they discovered the Clare Valley property They purchased the vineyard site in 1983 relasing their first vintage the same year nbsp TASTING NOTES Paulett Helmsford Riesling features a light straw colour accompanied by green tints The perfumed nose exhibits fresh citrus aromas with subtle floral hints following close behind The juicy palate packs crisp lemon and lime flavours Natural sugars retained during the process balance the fine acidity ending the wine in a captivating finale Crafted to be enjoyed in its youth this wonderful Riesling tastes excellent with a variety of fish and crustacean dishes served with the juice of grilled lemons nbsp
