Direct from the Alsace region of France, the Blanck family have been making wines in Kientzheim for hundreds of years, and for the past 30 of those, cousins Frédéric and Philippe Blanck have been in control, placing a sharp focus on the vines and the soil they grow in. Discover hints of almondand spice on the note, with a palate that presents apple flavours and a floury creamy end. It is an ideal accompaniment to fresh seafood molluscs such as oysters, mussels or clams fresh straight from the sea.
