This sparkling wine was made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. I found that a little weird because of the fact the Oyster Bay is known for its Sauvignon Blanc. I must say they have done a great job with there first attempt at a sparkling. It is very elegant with lovely dry creamy flavours with excellent ively bubbles that make it s very refreshing drink. I can see this will become very popular.
