WINERY INFORMATION Renowned for its rugged coastline and sandy white beaches Norfolk Rise Vineyard lies at the southern tip of South Australia in the heart of Mount Benson The unique microclimate of the region allows for the cultivation of ripe and juicy grapes that show excellent regional as wel as varietal depth TASTING NOTES Harvested in March fruit used in crafting this wine was crushed and pressed into stainless steel fermenters With a pale pink colour the wine exudes sweet fragrances of pear strawberry raspberry and liquorice from its luxurious bouquet The complex and savoury palate shows notes of toffee nectarine and spice leading to a creamy and smooth finale This wine can be cellared for a brief term of 3 to 4 years and tastes marvellous served with lime and coriander or Pad Thai with king prawns at 8 to 10 deg C
