A collaboration between the Burder family and winemaker Dominic Valentine, Nimbostratus is a special project wine that seeks to create a distinguished & modern example of cold climate chardonnay. With over 23 vintages under his belt, Dom now makes wine under his own label Valentine Wines - specialisng is riesling, grenache & rose. With chardonnay making experience in the Yarra Valley & Margaret River, Nimbostratus couldn't be in better hands. The (now sold out) 2016 was described by Ned Goodwin
