Cracka Review Light, bright and low alcohol is the theme with prosecco, and this one will fit the bill on a lazy sunny day, or a family picnic. Aromas of apples, musk and citrus decorate the nose, whilst the palate is light and slightly sweet with lemony acidity, and fine spritz, and a soft, fruity inish. Great on its own, or with a fruit salad. Winemaker's Notes Bubbles: Rightly evanescent, with a fine and persistent perlage. Appearance: Pale straw yellow with greenish shades. Nose: Fruity, with a rich scent of fruit, especially of unripe apples, lemons and grapefruits. It has a pronounced aroma of wisteria in bloom and acacia flowers.
