From a five star boutique producer that was named one of Halliday's Dark Horse Wineries, the 2015 Mystery 95 Point Single Vineyard Clare Valley Riesling has sunny spring afternoons written all over it. Hand picked from a single vineyard, the winemaking was intentionally kept minimalto allow the excellent terroir and superb vintage do the talking. Slate soils, high altitude and a long, slow ripening season resulted in A grade fruit with maximum flavour and high natural acidity - a winning recipe for a cracking Rizza. An exemplary wine of excellent pedigree, this is just as at home drinking now or in (if employing considerable self-control) ten years. White - Riesling and Blends - Riesling
