Mild, dry days and carefully monitored vine balance throughout the season resulted in low yields but outstanding fruit concentration. These conditions supported vibrant, fruit-driven characters and crisp acidity that define this style. Winemaking The base of this Chardonnay is crafted from gently pressed free-run juices, preserving delicate aromatics. Fermentation and maturation in stainless steel at 1214C maintain the wines fresh and lively fruit expression, while a small portion receives extended lees contact to enhance texture and complexity on the palate.
