Mount Gay Eclipse Rum is widely recognised as the oldest Rum in the world. Aged in charred American oak barrels for a minimum of two years producing a marvellous semi-sweet Rum that has flavours of apricot banana and vanilla. The barrel ageing gives the Rum a lightly smoked long lasting finish.
