Our 2015 Chardonnay from Langhorne Creek South Australia is a light straw in colour this wine has been treated with French Oak staves during initial fermentation giving the wine both on the nose and pallet notes of soft French Oak. The aroma is one of light tropical fruits the palate is soft and ound and delivers a lovely texture of cashew nut French Oak and hints of peach and tropical fruit tones. This wine has just the right balance of fruit weight and length with a wonderful lingering finish.
