Wine Description Opal Estate is a modern winery that produces fine quality wine using contemporary technology and experience of previous years This Midas Shiraz is from their premium range bottled in golden bottles It has a dense red colour with vibrant violet hues The bouquet of this wine has romas of blackberries black cherries and plums The palate contains concentrated flavours of again blackberries cherries and plums along with some coffee vanilla and caramel characters added due to oak maturation The wine enjoys a lengthy and satisfying finish It is ready for immediate consumption or can be cellared for up to five years Enjoy with barbeques or red meat dishes
