Grant Burge Wines was established in 1988 and is located in the heart of the Barossa Valley, where some of Australia’s best wines are produced. This wine makes the most of the cooler southern end of the Barossa, with the palate giving hints of earth, pepper and spice, yet it remains true t form with a deft touch of new American oak to add some marshmallow sweetness. It makes an excellent companion with a grilled venison dinner or selection of cheddar cheeses as an aperitif. Well worth including in your basket.
