A delicate premium iteration from Spain, with an exotic savoury twist. Drinking Gin Mare could transport you to our coast at the height of summer. With its eternal blue sky, its characteristic scent of rosemary, basil and thyme, the sea breeze on your skin... Gin Mare is made using traditional tehniques from the Mediterranean, through a delicate maceration and independent distillation which expresses all the characteristics of each botanical in the final product. Each bottle of Gin Mare is made at our distillery, a thirteenth century chapel located in an ancient fishing village between the Costa Brava and the Costa Dorada. Every bottle of Gin Mare is unique. The acidity levels of our star ingredient the arbequina olive, change every year.
