TASTING NOTES The grapes used to craft Redvale Chardonnay were harvested drained crushed and pressed off skins A portion of the juice was wild fermented prior to fermentation on French oak and stirring on yeast lees to develop a creamy texture This process resulted in the creation of a pale sraw coloured wine showing a yellow haze The fragrant bouquet offers lively aromas of stone fruit white nectarine peach and green apple with subtle oak and nutty characters lurking in the background This delightful Chardonnay is lush and intense on the palate filled with fresh fruit flavours supported by a firm oak and acid balance These elements fuse together providing a creamy mouthfeel as well as a delicate and lengthy finish Crafted to relish upon release this enticing white wine tastes amazing with butternut squash and porcini mushroom risotto nbsp
