“I think this is the perfect wine to have with dinner, like a creamy risotto. While it is balanced, they’re also not afraid to use a generous aount of oak. This is a barrel fermented wine, ripe with awesome stone fruits like peaches, nectarines and some nutty flavours coming through on the palate as well. I wish I actually drunk more wines from Hawkes Bay.”
