The Massenez family started distilling in Alsace in the 1870s. Credited for being the first to distill wild raspberries the distillery became famous for capturing the essence of fruit in its purest form. This liqueur has great intensity and all the flavour of Absinth without the incredibly high alchol that usually comes with it. It is a perfect base to cocktails or simply served with your favourite mixer.
