Jim Chatto is a winemaking legend. He’s been around the vino-block and though he’s currently heading up things at McWilliams in the Hunter that doesn’t mean he’s let his love for Tasmanian wine slip away. This chardy comes from the Iron Pot Bay vineyard in the Tamar Valley, which we were actually lucky enough to visit a few months ago, and trust us – everything about the wine and the place screams laidback class.
