WINERY INFORMATION Man O rsquo War is a family owned and managed wine estate situated at the eastern end of Waiheke Island NZ The estate covers a total of 150 acres of grapevines The company rsquo s first vines were planted in 1993 by Vineyard Manager Matt Allen The winemaking team is led by killed winemaker Duncan McTavish nbsp TASTING NOTES Man O War Paradise Pinot Gris presents a pale straw hue with light yellow tints The fragrant nose offers lifted scents of pear syrup and mandarin zest with cinnamon hints lurking in the background The palate is fine and delicate containing flavours of natural sugar and salted lime These wonderful flavours and fragrances combine to culminate the wine in a dry spicy and refreshing finale accompanied by natural spritz It tastes excellent served as an aperitif or on its own as a summer drink nbsp
