This wine is bottle fermented on lees for 48 months and in true Australian tradition includes a dash of vintage port. The resut is a rich and complex sparkling red wine brimming with dark berries, spice, licorice and dark chocolate with racy freshness and gentle tannins. An excellent accompaniment to a Christmas feast.
