There’s a long story … behind the label on this exclusive wine. Apparently the record time to clean out a 2T fermenter (about 4 minutes) was held by asmart fellow who had figured out the varieties and time on skins that made it easiest. He would seek those ones out and gained a reputation as a poacher/villain amongst the vintage crew as a result. He was ‘honoured’ with his own label here.
