Set in the lower Yarra, Dixons Creek is the most northerly of all the Mac Forbes vineyard sites and delivers the most pungent, earthy Pinot in Mac's range. The grapes for this wine were 100% de-stemmed into small open fermenters and a portion of the fruit was foot-stomped. The wine spent over a weekon skins and 10 months in French oak.
