Here’s how it went downÀ¦we’d been tipped off that it came from a single block renowned for its complex soil and exceptional clones. We’d also been told that it was hand-harvested, whole-bunch pressed, fermented in old oak and left to rest on lees for five months before bottling. Then when we heard that it scored 96 points, it was all systems go. And after tasting it, we can safely say that the mission was a resounding success. Over and out, mofo.
