I once ice climbed a Patagonian glacier. I know, right. How adventurous. There I was, ice pick in hand, crampons on foot, hauling myself up an icy sheet of glass while practicing my español on the (very, very attractive) Argentine mountaineering guide, Pablo.Let’s just say, we hit it off. Forget Tinder, just give me a centuries old carving of ice, some serious cold weather gloves and an accent, and I’d swipe right. Anyway, so we climbed and I fell (a few times) and when the light was closing in we hiked back down the mountain to the dock and shared two bottles of Argentina’s finest malbec on the boat ride back to civilisation. And it was perfect.ÂÂÂÂ
