Longview Vineyard Hens Teeth Shiraz

When the Hills get shiraz right, it’s such a thing of beauty. And Longview have absolutely nailed it! Elegance, complexity and nuance are the buzzwords here. Layer after layer of flavours - plum, cherry, smoky bacon, toasted almonds. And the finish just lingers with fine tannin and a lovely textur. While we don’t think that great Hills shiraz is truly as rare as hen’s teeth, we’d put this one up there in rarified air.
