WINERY INFORMATION Released in 2002 as a partnership between Domenic Torzi and Tim Freeland the Old Plains and Longhop range of wines consists of premium quality wines crafted from the grape varieties unique to the Adelaide Plains region of South Australia TASTING NOTES The Grenache grapes usedto craft this 2015 vintage Rose were destemmed barrel fermented and left on skins to retain complex fruit characters in the wine The 2014 Longhop Rose shows a pale salmon pink colour with fresh aromas of strawberries rose petals and subtle herbal notes flowing from the lifted bouquet The palate is dry yet juicy brimming with flavours of sweet strawberry fruits and balanced fruit acidity leading to a captivating and refreshing finale Crafted to relish upon release this beautiful wine tastes wonderful served chilled with traditional antipasto spicy Asian cuisine and seafood
