WINERY INFORMATION Logan Wines is managed by the husband-wife duo of Peter and Hannah Logan The family started the wine business in 1997 The concept was initiated by Late Malcolm Logan which came to its brilliance when Peter Logan added his exceptional winemaking skills to the products The bran is well known for producing its premium sparkling Vintage lsquo M rsquo Cuv eacute e the affordable Apple Tree Flat the quirky Weemala range and its newest Ridge of Tears wine series TASTING NOTES Logan Clementine Pinot Gris is a lovely orange hued wine The wine has got bright and rich aromas and flavours of poached pear wild strawberry orange rind florals jasmine honeysuckle and rose spices allspice cinnamon ginger and fennel seed and walnut with stone fruit peach red plum and apricot orange quince and guava flavours The palate has a distinct tanginess along with a silky texture and velvety tannins offering structure and length to the finish Fish and shellfish are classic pairing partners with this dry Pinot Gris
