Itcomes courtesy of the Cuperly family who's been making top Champagne since 1845. GÃƒÆ’Ã†â€™Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â©rard Cuperly, who trained at Piper Heidsieck, took over the family business in 1967. Through pure graft and talent, GÃƒÆ’Ã†â€™Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â©rard lifted the Maison into an award-winning Champagne house specialising in Grand Cru, with 50 awards in the last 5 years. When Jean Lefebvre, a friend of the family, passed away with no successor in 1999, GÃƒÆ’Ã†â€™Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â©rard stepped in. He put all his Grand Cru know how into making this special RÃƒÆ’Ã†â€™Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â©serve CuvÃƒÆ’Ã†â€™Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â©e: a blend of the top 20 wines from the estate, 100% first press and 18 months ageing on lees.
