Ladbroke Grove Wines Estate Sauvignon Blanc 1 Bottles

$6.00

Winery Overview Ladbroke Grove Wines, founded in 1982 in Coonawarra, was revitalised under John Cox and Marie Valenzuela who focused on producing varietal-driven wines with regional expression. The Coonawarra Estate range emphasizes premium cool-climate whites, in this case, capturing the vivid charcter of Coonawarra Sauvignon Blanc from the terra rossa region.  Region amp Vintage Conditions Coonawarras famed terra rossa soil on limestone, combined with its cool maritime climate, creates ideal conditions for expressive white varieties. The 2019 vintage benefitted from consistent soil moisture and long, even ripening, producing vibrant Sauvignon Blanc with balanced freshness and expressive fruit.  Winemaking Crafted with a clean, modern style, grapes were gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel to preserve the wines bright aromatics and structural clarity. The emphasis is entirely on purity and varietal expression. Tasting Notes Appearance Pale straw with subtle clarity. Aroma Lifted tropical fruit notes with a clean citrus overlay, bright and inviting. Palate Crisp and refreshing, showcasing tropical and citrus flavors balanced by lovely acidity, focused and lively.  Finish Clean and lingering, with a vibrant, mouthwatering finish that invites another sip. Food Pairing Delivers beautifully with light and fresh fare. Excellent with sushi, fresh seafood, goat cheese salads, or herb-flecked dishes, perfect for casual dining or outdoor entertaining.
