If it wasn’t fancy enough that director Sarah Dei Tos has nabbed some of the best Prosecco vineyards around, she’s also now harvesting undr a full moon for you. I mean, literally this translates to ‘Clusters of the Moon’. If that wasn’t enticing enough, this is superfine bubbles, that’s as exuberant as it is seriously fine. It’s not as mouthfilling as its slightly cheaper sibling, but more than makes up for that with ramped up toasty character and a finer, more persistent bead. This is your gateway bubbly to Champagne or Franciacorta, when you just want something that’s superfresh and superfine and want to super-impress, but don’t want to spend superbucks.
