Rose is a wine style made in many countries the style we emulate in La Bise is that of southern France where the best rose is found We named this rose ldquo Le Petite Frais rdquo the small fresh one because fresh is the keyword for rose to ensure wine that contain warmth of summer The colder tis wine is drunk the better to see raspberry and strawberry fruits The palate has a lot of texture and richness without the sugar so it is healthier and fresher version of many rose rsquo s We use sangiovese Tempranillo and Shiraz grape to achieve this blend and flavour
